Net 30 days unless prior arrangements are made.
International customers must pay in US$ by check, credit card,
or direct bank transfer prior to shipment. Initial order negotiable. |

Freight: |
Free freight on orders of $500 or more to domestic
locations only. International customers will pay for freight
either collect or prepaid. |
Freight Policy: |
All shipments are FOB Philomath, OR 97370. Our
responsibility ceases (and title passes) when the shipment is
delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments
lost or damaged in transit. Claims should be made directly with
the carrier. |
Returns: |
Returns must be arranged verbally or in writing
from The Color Wheel Co. All returns must show original invoice
number and date. A handling charge of 15% of the net value of
the goods plus transportation charges both ways will be charged
if the return is not our error. |
Back Orders: |
Merchandise not in stock at the time of the order
will be back ordered and shipped as soon as it is available unless
we are otherwise notified. Original freight conditions will prevail. |
New Accounts: |
We welcome new accounts. We request credit references,
banking information, resale number and name and location of the
business. We ask that the initial order be prepaid by check,
credit card or direct bank transfer. |
